This is not a hidden gem it's the lost city of El Dorado. We went to 5 shops around the city and everyone said it would be weeks before they could come out to measure and that a 45 degree angle on a granite waterfall was impossible. When Carlos said he would send someone out the next day to measure my wife and I thought he was full of it, we were wrong. The gentlemen who took the measurements dialed in aerospace tolerances for an absolutely brilliant fit. The island waterfall… what can I say, it does not even look real, Carlos even matched the grain so it looks like a huge block of granite, stunning craftsmanship. We found this place by accident because the shop around the corner literally had nobody inside after we called and waited for 10 min in the showroom. The price was great, service fantastic and we had our countertop installed in less than a week. NOBODY in Cleveland can match this service and price. I wish I could give them 7 star rating out of 5. Don’t look anywhere else!! We went to numerous other companies their prices were high besides the waiting time of 3 to 6 weeks. We walked in on Monday about 4 pm we were greeted and showed us what they had in stock we choose a granite that we liked thinking that we will have to wait 3-6 weeks to get it installed. The very next day they came to our house which is about a 1:20 minute drive and on Monday the very next week it was installed before the kitchen cabinets were finished. my wife wanted to keep our old sink but we decided to go with one of their sink it turned out to be a great decision we couldn’t be any happier with the job and professionalism I highly recommend working with them friendly and highly knowledgeable of their craft we also saved a lot of money for what we where quoted somewhere else. Thank you!!!!
Excellent customer service and problem free installation. Very quick turnaround from selecting material to template measurement and final install. Very respectful of your home. In my experience, the pricing was superior versus any other option. Easy to work with...what more could you ask for?
Save your time and money, you are in good hands.I highly recommend them. By far the best price in town …..not to mention outstanding service!Easy to work with, extremely cooperative. Before they leave your house , they make sure that you’re 100% satisfied with the job regardless if it takes multiple trips .
